You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Final Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate your return, email us at info@emportia.com with the subject line:
“Return/Exchange – Order #[Your Order Number]”
Please include:
- Your reason for return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
- Photos of the item (especially if it is defective or damaged)
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding any original shipping fees. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? Let us know in your request. We’ll process your exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned product. If the requested item is out of stock, you can choose an alternative product or request a refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no extra charge.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives flawed, broken, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@emportia.com. Please attach clear photos. Once verified, we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
